Here are some examples of workpieces that I have done throughout the years that show and express my skills and passion.

Videos

I have experience in editing videos for CCA and events. In fact, it became a hobby of mine to edit videos during my free time. I usually edit on software called VSDC which allows me to edit smoothly and efficiently.

Art

I love art and enjoy painting and drawing. When given the opportunity, I love experimenting with different colours, ways and textures. It allows to express my creativity.

Drawing out a concept called Anthropomorphism (animals doing human-like activity).

The sprinkles were made using a toothbrush since I wanted to experiment with what it felt like to use something else apart from a brush to paint.

This was done with paint. It is a tree stuck to the moon and wants brightness in its life. The tree represents how I felt at that moment. I felt bound to the dark. Moon was always associated with the dark and I wanted some happiness in my life.

Creating music and singing

I use Music as a way of releasing stress. It distracts me when I am stressed and it has worked for many years. I create my own songs by writing lyrics over tunes that I find online or by creating my own tune. Most songs I write are to help me cope with stress or to share my happiness.

The song is called 'Hope'. I created this song in 2019 when the coronavirus pandemic started. Everyone was losing hope and going through a lot of challenges. As a student beginning her new life as a Polytenchic student, it was tough. I began to lose hope as well but managed to gain it back through this song. My singing has improved ever since as well as I practiced more and got happier with what I have now.

Lesson resources

In order to aid the children in learning, concrete materials can be used. However, creating effective yet fun materials is not easy. Much research is done to ensure top notch resources.

Capstone Project

My biggest project is under the module of Capstone project where my team and I hosted Healthy Living workshop to children. There were many componenets of the wokrshop which we worked on for 4 months. The main objective of this project is to share and explore with teachers to encourage helthy eating and being active in children.
